I successfully gave paleo a whirl. It lasted less than 2 days. But I have never felt more fit than I did in those 30 hours.

Strict paleo x 8wks (Lent + Erin’s challenge). Now I’m strict paleo about 90% of the time. No planned cheats, but an occasional indulgence. Alcohol was never an option to omit, however. 🙂

Dang it…I know I’m fortunate to be able to even workout at work…but damn it’s frustrating to get a call right in the middle of your workout:( You put your heart and soul into it, and then you get right down to the end and can’t finish it…:(
Today’s WOD: 11 min in, I had 715m left. Did the 30 squats with 275lbs.

My diet right now is whole grains in the morning, Paleo plus dairy after 10am.
And cheat Friday nights…
100% Paleo … 80% of the time. I never cut out cheese, and I still eat like crap on the weekends.
