RUNNING! Anything with running makes me want to take a rest day.

Time CrossFitting
I started CrossFit in 2012 when I first moved to California from Florida. It was a great way to get in shape and meet new people. After just 2 weeks I was in love, I knew I found something that had changed my life.

What is CrossFit
CrossFit is Constantly Varied, high intensity, functional movements. A Exercise Program designed to help and improve your overall and day to day life…..But what is CrossFit to me? It’s a community, A giant Family. CrossFit changed my life, it gave me a passion and ignited a fire I never Knew I had. It pushes you to your limits and almost to your breaking point, but when you hear your coach and fellow members cheering you on… That’s when you dig deep and find the will to keep pushing. You walk out of each class feeling accomplished. It’s different everyday, so you never know what to expect. It’s so more than just an exercise program
