    Steph-Good job on running your 13.1! Why does that large brown bear wearing a life vest and a green beanie look so familiar??? Anyways, I respect anyone who can run long distance in a costume, big ups to you!

    And as for Cliff and the Heartbreakers-Good luck tomorrow my friend! You will kill it I’m sure.

    Hey CFRC! I’m sitting here in Kuwait waiting for my flight to Afghanistan and was able to do as much as I can on this WOD but had to substitute a few things.

    30 push press(#95). Just tents here so no walls, realized I should have went heavier too. Next time.
    40 pull ups
    50 dumbell swings(#50) no KB here
    60 decline sit ups
    70 burpees
