I would just like to say thank you to my coaches Dan, Shelly, Nancy, Erin & Sean you guys have taught me so much from how to properly keep my lumbar curve during lifting to stay away from boys UNTIL I’m out of school & also to follow my dreams thank you all I will miss you guys in Utah!
I’ll make sure to do my fair share of burpees at Crossfit UV!!
