: Mike B. comming in hard and fast. And look! It's that coach again...Joe...In that classic "coach's stance". Damn Joe, I think you must of contributed to a lot of people's soreness. So for all of you that had Joe yelling at you, and telling you that you can go faster, give him some crap!

: On Saturday we will be having an offsite WOD. I will be attempting to do exactly what this video is showing. I seen this video about a year ago and I've told myself that I'm going to do it on my 30th. Well, Saturday is the day, and I'm going to see just how hard it's going to be. I'm a little scared!
: Jeff and I finishing up the last heat of the day. Oh and there's the "little Nazi" in the background too! I guess I got a little piece of my own medicine, when Brock scored me, because he didn't count a few of my reps. (I'm glad though, because he was right). We estimated around 32 athlete's did the WOD and we had a little over 70 people show up throughout the day.
Please email your pictures of Saturday, I want to put them on the website.-milk
Side note: I'll be out of town until Thursday, beach camping with my family for my birthday, so the blogs won't be as good as they usually are. I won't be able to post the workouts ahead of time. The WODs will be up to Tara or Chris, and you probably won't know what they are until you get to the gym. That might be a good thing for some of you, since you won't be able to dodge the WODs that have the exercises you hate doing. -Milk
Complete as many rounds as possible 20 minutes of: 95 pound Thruster, 5 reps 95 pound Hang Powercleans, 7 reps 95 pound Sumo Deadlift High-pull, 10 reps

: What a great group of people. Fight Gone Bad IV went off better than expected. Thanks to everyone that stayed after to help clean up, you were a big help. Together, we raised over $1,400 towards Wounded Warrior Project and Athletes for a Cure. Great job everyone.
In this workout you move from each of five stations after a minute. The clock does not reset or stop between exercises. This is a five-minute round from which a one-minute break is allowed before repeating. On call of "rotate", the athletes must move to next station immediately for best score. One point is given for each rep, except on the rower where each calorie is one point.
Add your points and post them to comments.
We'll be starting our festivities at 10am and will go throughout the day until we've had our fill of food and exercise. See ya there!!
For all that are participating on Saturday: The first WOD will start at 10am but we'd like people to start showing up any time after 9am. We'll probably have a WOD go off every half hour until everyone is done. So if you have a time you'd like to go, then just show up a half hour before and it will be done on a first come first serve basis. Depending on the amount of people that need to scale the workout, we might alternate scaled FGB and Rx'd FGB. I encourage everyone to stay and enjoy the food, which by the way; CHRONIC TACO will be provided. We will be providing the main course for the first 50 or so people and some water and gatorade. It's BYOB though. If you can think of something you'd like to bring, please let me know. If anyone wants to help out with anything that day, we could use some volunteers. We'll definitly need score keepers (no, that doesn't mean you don't have to do the WOD). It looks like most affilitates are encouraging their participants to donate $20, but of course you can donate any amount and just you being there for the cause is a great thing too.

: For those that don't know Rick; he is stationed in Iraq and is one of our "satellite CrossFiters". Here is a video he made and posted on Vimeo doing Fight Gone Bad (with the equipment they have). Thanks Rick and everyone else on your crew for what you do and for supporting CrossFit Rancho Cucamonga. -Milk
