: Jon demonstrating a 55lb dumbbell thruster at this years regionals. If we were going to be really picky, we would like for his knees to be out a bit and to shift his weight back a bit, so he's driving off his heels.

Ten rounds for time of:
3 Weighted Pull-ups, 45 pounds
5 Strict Pull-ups
7 Kipping Pull-up
For weighted pull-ups place a 45 pound dumbbell between the legs above crossed ankles and jettison the dumbbell after third rep and continue with strict pull-ups and then the kipping pull-ups. Coming off the bar or going to ground constitutes termination of a set.
Post time and number of sets to completion.
: For those that are using bands, do 150 pullups (with which ever band you normally use) for time.

max reps push press (m:95 f:65)
Post total laps and reps completed.
: In teams of two, one member will run 400m, while the other member will try to complete as many push press reps as possible until thier partner returns. Members will switch off letting the other know the reps they finished with. At the end of 20 min, the team with the most reps will be the winners.
Also, the results are in for the Paleo challange and now all I have to do is the MATH, I'll be announcing the winner early next week.
